Since the departure of their former drummer in 2010
Asteroid has been planning their return!
And now the time has finally come, with the talents of Henrik Jansson behind
the drum kit the band is stronger than ever!
As they embark on “The Mighty Asteroid Travelling Show”,
a tour that will take them all across Europe during 2012,
they bring with them a new 7” consisting of two tracks that show the more bluesy side
to their signature style of 70’s hard/psychedelic rock!
The song “Move a Mountain” has all the elements of a classic Asteroid track!
A hard hitting blues anthem with lots of brilliant jams and a smooth spacious chorus.
“One foot in the Grave” is the shortest Asteroid song to date and
probably the fastest as well. A pure delight for those fond of heavy folk rock
and psychedelic grooves! It has been showing up in live sets for some time.
